Recreational Soccer

Overview

  • Fall, Winter, & Spring training and league games offered for elementary/junior high players.
  • Training is run by our professional soccer staff. 
  • We have developed a unique training curriculum that blends fun with player development.
  • Individuals and/or groups of friends can sign up for training and league play. 
  • For skills & scrimmages: players will be separated into groups by grade in school and skill ability.
  • Skills and scrimmages are 1 hour long. 
  • 5v5 league games are 43 minutes long. 
  • Drills and small-sided games are utilized during skills training.

Skills Training

Foot Skills

Our foot skills training takes place on our artificial turf fields and is run by our professional coaching staff. 

  • Training is offered Tuesday and Thursday for 1 hour at 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm.
    • 4:00 – 5:00 pm (GRADES Kindergarten – 2nd)
    • 5:00 – 6:00 pm (GRADES 3rd – 7th)
    • 6:00 – 7:00 pm (GRADES 3rd – 7th)
  • Players will focus on skill development & ball control, speed & agility, and small-sided games.
  • Players will be separated into groups by grade in school and skill ability.

Scrimmages

  • Monday evenings 
    • 4:30 – 5:30 pm (GRADES Kindergarten – 2nd)
    • 5:30 – 6:30 pm (GRADES 3rd – 7th)
  • Length: 50 minutes
  • Small-sided & full field games on 17yd x 30 yd fields
  • No set teams or playoffs. Every week, athletes are placed on a different team by using pinnies – no shirts will be given out.
  • Players will work on team play and positioning
  • Shinguards are required
  • Players may wear cleats (no metal studs)

5v5 League

  • Games played on Saturdays starting between 12:45 – 7:00 pm 
  • Length: 43 minutes 
  • Field Dimensions: 17yd x 30yd 
  • Registered individual players (free agents) will be placed onto a team and receive a team jersey.  
  • All free agent teams are co-ed
  • Registered teams must provide their own team jersey
  • Divisions are determined by GRADE LEVEL. See chart below for age conversion. 
  • All players must submit a birth certificate by the first day of the league OR send a copy to [email protected] . These are for program directors only and will not be seen by anyone else. 
  • Shinguards are required
  • Players may wear cleats (no metal studs)
